A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is a formal arrangement between two or more parties, which symbolizes that the parties have reached through mutual understanding to an agreement to build a business relationship. MOU generally does not have any legal enforceability and acts as a letter of intent between two parties who mutually agree tor disagree to do or omit doing something.
