What is a Trademark Objection Reply?
A Trademark application goes through many stages, where examination by Registry if one of the crucial stages. An officer scrutinizes the trademark application to check for errors and to verify the correctness of the application so that it complies to the Trademarks Act and its Rules.
Upon scrutiny, an examination report is issued highlighting the errors, deficiencies or conflicts in the application.
