DGFT Amends ANF-4J Declarations for Diamond Imprest Authorisation (DIA)
The Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has made key amendments to ANF-4J, which relates to the issuance of Diamond Imprest Authorisation (DIA) under the Foreign Trade Policy 2023.
What’s New:
Four new declarations have been added after declaration no. 6:
7.The applicant must hold a valid Two Star Export House status or higher.
8.The applicant must have filed all Income Tax and GST returns for applicable periods.
9.The applicant agrees to follow Pre-Import and Actual User Conditions.
10.The applicant confirms this is their first DIA application for the current financial year.
Also, the earlier declaration no. 7 is now renumbered as 11.
These changes aim to ensure compliance and streamline the application process for DIA.
Effect of the Public Notice: The additional declarations have been added in ANF-4J.
