CPCB starts new module to register new PIBOs under micro and small-category
MoEF&CC amends PWM rules, as per which the manufacturers, sellers, importers of plastic raw materials and producers in micro and small-category shall have to register on a comprehensive EPR module for registration, trading & settlement of EPR obligations, filing of Annual Returns, levying of Environmental Compensation (EC) specifically designed for them.
The new module has been designed and brought into action by the CPCB for efficient registrations of EPR under the Plastic Waste Category.
