DGFT adds new Laboratory in the Handbook of Procedures, 2023.
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade makes the following amendment in the Para 4.73 of the Handbook of Procedures 2023 by adding GIA Laboratory, DMCC, Dubai, UAE as a new entry at SI no. 19 in the Para 4.73 for the purpose of certification and grading the diamonds of 0.25 carats and above.
