Amendment in Export Policy: Key Changes to Chapter 23 of ITC(HS) 2022

The Central Government has made amendments to the Export Policy conditions under Chapter 23 of the Schedule-II (Export Policy) in the ITC(HS) 2022. This is in exercise of powers under Section 3 and Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, and in line with the Foreign Trade Policy 2023.
This update comes as a revision of the earlier Notification No. 23/2024-25, dated 16th August 2024.
