Call for Feedback: Review of Automobile Tyre SIONs
The Directorate is currently reviewing the existing Standard Input Output Norms (SIONs) for automobile tyres, including SIONs A-1722, A-1717, A-1667, A-1666, A-1673, A-1665, A-1664, and A-1663.
We invite all concerned EPCs, exporters, trade bodies, and stakeholders who are using these SIONs to carefully review the current norms and provide any comments or suggestions for potential modifications.
If you believe that changes are necessary, please submit your feedback with detailed justification, including production and consumption data, wastage norms certified by a Chartered Engineer, and other supporting documents.
