DGFT amends the Import Policy of Gold and other Gold Articles
DGFT amends the Import Policy and Import Policy Conditions of Gold and other Gold Articles under the ITC(HS) Code: 71131911, 71131919 and 71141910 from ‘Free’ to ‘Restricted’. However, the import under the HS Code ‘71131911’ is allowed freely with no Import License under a valid INDIA-UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) TRQ.
