CPCB changes validity of EPR Certificate from “One Year” to “One Time Registration”
CPCB amends PWM Rules notified by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change and issued by the CPCB, it is requested to issue necessary instructions to the concerned authority (Customs) to consider existing Registration Certificates issued to the Importers, indicating validity of One Year, as “One Time Registration Certificate” which do not require any renewal and clear the importers’ consignments accordingly.
