DGFT Launches Helpdesk to Support Exporters & Importers

In response to the evolving global trade environment—marked by shifting tariffs, import surges, and export challenges—the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has launched a dedicated Global Tariff and Trade Helpdesk.
This initiative aims to support India’s export-import community by addressing issues like:
• Tariff and counter-tariff changes
• Import surges or dumping
• Export and import clearance delays
• Logistics or supply chain disruptions
• Banking or financial hurdles
• Regulatory or compliance challenges
